Ann joined the Tero Team in 2015. In her role as Training Coordinator, she supports the learning team.
Her work involves production and coordination of participant and facilitator resources. She also manages inventory, provides administrative support and ensures a welcoming learning environment for workshop participants at the Tero Learning Center.
Ann is a skilled Producer of virtual Clinics and workshops, allowing Tero facilitators to focus exclusively on the participant learning experience and not on the technology.
Ann and her husband, Doug, are parents to two adult daughters. She is generous with her time and has volunteered at her children's schools, her church, and several different youth sports teams.
She earned her B.A. in Communications from the University of Iowa. She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, reading, and cheering on the Iowa Hawkeyes.
Unique in the training industry, we use a team approach to most training and executive coaching. This means a diversity of trainers, a variety of trainer certifications, specialties and expertise, and small facilitator to participant ratio.
When a group of people share a common development objective, a training workshop is an excellent way to acquire skills and knowledge. What if the development goals are unique or highly individual? One-on-one coaching is a better fit.
