Try changing your selection of food and drink items. Here are some tips:
Avoid foods that are full of carbohydrates and really filling. Heavy meals will cause you to feel tired.
Avoid extremely hot or cold beverages just before your meeting. Cold constricts the muscles; heat expands them. Both cause problems when speaking.
Be sure to get your rest. If you stayed up all night tossing and turning because you were thinking about your big meeting - try taking a brief nap about an hour beforehand.
