According to the U.S. Census Bureau, there are 78 million Baby Boomers, many planning to stay in the workforce longer than any generation before them. Does this raise concerns about senility in the workplace?

We used to think that the brain's architecture was formed early in life. Research shows, in the absence of disease, the brain retains its ability to function well into old age. While there is some slowing of reaction time, some of the greatest works of all time happened later in life.

Many employers see the value of older workers and many are already employing them. We hope the trend continues.
