Try to think outside the box. The behaviors each of us engage in at work make perfect sense to us or we wouldn't do them.
It may be a healthy relaxation break from a busy day. Or, it could relate to something inappropriate or even malicious. Without challenging your own interpretation, you will arrive at a judgment that may not be accurate.
Don't contribute to the problem. Study the organization's values statement and determine how those values can be demonstrated in your day-to-day actions at work. Let your good behavior speak for you and become a positive role model for others.
