Introverts typically:

• Think before speaking.

• Think through an issue before giving a response.

• Are skilled listeners.

• Tend not to reveal personal information to people they don't know well.

Extroverts, on the other hand:

• Tend to talk rapidly and openly.

• Need and ask for feedback and affirmation from others.

• Tend to have little problem revealing personal information to people they don't know well.

Knowing and understanding personality differences can further your professional career, as well as, your personal relationships.
