Yesterday we discussed personality type differences. Today we'll dig a little deeper and discuss the differences between introverts and extraverts.
Introverts typically:
Think before speaking.
Think through an issue before giving a response.
Are skilled listeners.
Tend not to reveal personal information to people they don't know well.
Extroverts, on the other hand:
Tend to talk rapidly and openly.
Need and ask for feedback and affirmation from others.
Tend to have little problem revealing personal information to people they don't know well.
Knowing and understanding personality differences can further your professional career, as well as, your personal relationships.
