Where are we now?
Where do we want to be?
What is the gap between where we are in the present
and where we seek to be in the future?
Identify tangible goals such as increased sales or improved customer satisfaction ratings.
Consider both short- and long-term and remember to look at intangible needs such as relationships and reputation.
Translate the areas revealed as strengths into specific behaviors that can be leveraged for future success. For areas revealed as gaps, seek training opportunities to develop competence.
