Nathan, this is a great question. Political orientation is tricky topic and can easily result in conflict.
In business settings proceed with caution. If a political conversation arises, you can participate by being a great listener. Listening does not signal agreement, but that you value the person behind the words enough to consider their points. If you are asked your opinion, you can safely say you are thinking the situation over and taking in as much information as you can before making your decision.
