The Book of Lists states the greatest human fear is speaking before a group. Number 7 on that list is death. Have you ever said I would rather die than give that talk at work? You are not alone!
You may not feel comfortable in front of people, but if you use open posture, a balanced stance, eye contact that focuses on individuals and pauses between thoughts you will appear comfortable.
And as they say, perceptions are reality. It is more important how you appear than how you feel, and practicing these skills will definitely help you appear comfortable.
