The difference between privileges and rights as an employee can become blurred when the generosity of employers begins to be taken advantage of. Employees are entitled to certain respects as humans, but the perks that accompany their roles or positions should be earned with the knowledge that they'll continue doing the hard work they've shown and will continue on growing in their jobs.
