Unlike many training organizations that employ independent contract trainers as needs demand, Tero trainers are part of a cohesive team and are under exclusive contract to Tero. They do not provide training in any other context. All members of the Tero team are required to sign confidentiality agreements to protect both Tero and the clients Tero serves. Tero's headquarters and state-of-the-art Learning Center is located in Des Moines, Iowa. Although Tero trainers travel worldwide and are pleased to travel to client sites to facilitate programs and deliver training, the Tero Learning Center offers Iowa companies a second location option for workshops and meetings.
Tero is pleased to number individuals from more than 40 countries among its graduates. Tero trainers have delivered Tero's training programs in ten countries.
Tero offers many of its training programs on a public enrollment basis. This is a nice option for participants to make-up a workshop they may have to miss due to business hardship or other priorities.
